Warranties & Service
Jerome's objective is to offer you quality furniture at the best available price.
For one (1) year from the date of delivery, Jerome's will repair free of charge any manufacturing defective merchandise located within the San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, and Los Angeles Counties.
All damages including wood damage (chips, cracks, or scratches) must be reported within 5 days of delivery or it will be considered in-home damage.
All Warranties are to the original purchaser accompanied by a sales receipt.
What We Cover:
- Loose Seat Cushion Core. We will repair loose seat cushion cores, including parts and labor, for 2 years. Loose seat cushions must be brought to a Jerome's store or Service Center.
- Wooden Frame. We will service the wooden frame on your fully upholstered seating item(s), including parts and labor, for 5 years from your original delivery date. (excludes ottomans).
- Electric Motors. We will repair the electric motor on your power motion furniture including parts and labor for 1 year.
- Pickup and Delivery Charges. For product that needs to be serviced under warranty, pick-up and delivery are free in the first year for customers located within San Diego, portions of Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange and Los Angeles Counties.
Exclusions:
- Softening and flattening of seat cushions caused by normal use
- Furniture located out of San Diego, portions of Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange and Los Angeles Counties.
- Clearance Merchandise is sold as-is. There is no exchange, refund, return, or service.
- Fabrics fading, dye lot variations / normal wear
- Customer modifications including fabric protection
- Electrical components (other than motors)
- Normal body depressions in mattresses
- Damage caused by negligence, accident, or furniture used for purposes other than it was intended including commercial use
