How to Prepare for Your Delivery

What To Expect With Room-Ready Delivery
  • On your scheduled delivery date, you'll receive a text notification letting you know when your Jerome’s Room-Ready Delivery team will arrive.
  • Someone 18 years old or older must be present during the entire delivery window.
  • For everyone's safety, please ensure there is a clear path from the front door to the room where the furniture will be placed.
  • Please make sure all old furniture is removed from the room where you want your new furniture placed.
  • The Jerome’s Room-Ready Delivery team will assemble and place your furniture where you want it.
  • When the Jerome’s Room-Ready Delivery team leaves, they will take away all packaging and trash, excluding the customer assembly furniture.*
*Assembly required by customer — Customer responsible for unboxing, assembly, and packaging disposal for all items marked "Assembly Required By Customer", even if Jerome’s Room-Ready Delivery service is chosen.
